7. Wrong Book Received

If you receive a book different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After verification, we may arrange:

  • Return of the incorrect book

  • Replacement with the correct book

If the correct replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.

Return shipping for an incorrectly shipped book will be borne by Dr BRC Store.
